BUT .... do you people remember the OLD Art Linkletter show and a segment of his show called "Kids say the darnedest things" ...... before it was on TV it was a radio show ... (now I went and done it) .... and also appeared in Readers Digest ..... so I decided to dedicate this thread to strange or cute or funny things your better half has said to you .... to start it off The other day I was sitting in my chair watching TV when I had a itch ... so of course I scratch it .... my asawa looked at me and said "what are you doing" I replied "I'm scratching ... I got fleas" .... with out batting an eye or smiling she immediately starting singing " fleas release me ... let me go" (her version of the Eddie Miller song "Please release me ... let me go" ..... well I cracked up so hard I almost rolled on the floor .... we have been together for 6 years and I never knew she knew any country and western songs .... she is more of a Classic rock gal ..... Now on the other hand we were in the SM vegetable market the other day and I tried reading what she had written on our list ... I told her "darling don't forget the ______) (can't remember what it was) a horrid look came on her face and she rushed up to me and said "darling don't use that word .... it means the lower sexual part of a woman body" ..... hummmmm ..... So we got to discussing body parts. she told me the name for male part so I asked her the name for the female part. She replied "askmat" so I repeated "askmat" no she said "askmat" so trying to copy her words really carefully I answered askmat No she said.
