With a name like Cebu Rocks and location CarCar listed I would have thought he was flying into Cebu, but then, why would he need a hotel room in Cebu if he lives near there? As far as the question goes, I have no idea about the availability of hotels at that time as I find so many businesses closed on the Holy Week that I do not travel at that time.
