Can anyone please tell me the charge for a Filipino leaving the Phils at Manila airport for international travel?

For adults, should be p550 airport tax + p1620 travel tax = p2170. There are some exemptions (like OFWs) to the travel tax.

The airport tax for international departures at NAIA has actually gone down. They were charging p750 until several months ago when it was uncovered that the project funded by the tax had already been completed. So it was lowered to be in line with the other int'l airports like Mactan.

I'm pretty sure it has not gone up recently but there are some variations depending on circumstances.  Mike is absolutely correct for 99 out of 100 cases but here is the chart:
