Tukaram (Tim) Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 Ok, I have said many times that I have never had any stomach issues while traveling. Been around Mexico, lots of Asia, even London! I live on street food and never got sick. I have refrained from calling any of you guys pussies... but you know I meant it ha ha! :mocking: Well... I just spent a month back in the US for a visit. On day 2 I got sick to my stomach and had diarrhea for almost 3 weeks! That American food is killer. Got back home to the PI's and cleared right up. So I can travel ok - but can't go back home. Just thought y'all might appreciate that. :tiphat:

Good thing the Phils is not like the US or you would have had to go into a Manila quarantine for 21 days after visiting a country (the US) known to have active ebola virus being transmitted and you exhibiting vomiting or flu like symptoms.

Jollygoodfellow Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 did you take any precautions I'm sure he did but unless he used the red one I could not see the connection as to how it would upset his stomach?

Tukaram (Tim) Posted October 29, 2014 Author Posted October 29, 2014 No street food for me in the US ha ha... it was all high dollar restaurants. My brother and sister took turns paying - and they go to some joints I never even heard of! Damn, those were some expensive meals. I am glad to back on my rice and chicken, rice and pork, rice and pancit.... :tiphat:
