To Dye For In The Philippines, Or Is It?

My wife asked me once or I might say, she tried to convince me to dye my hair. I said "HELLNO", and I thought that was the end of it but No.

She said that I would look much younger. Still my answer was HELLNO.

I pointed out that she should take a good hard look at the old Filipinos with jet black hair.  Who do they think they are fooling? The guy who cuts my hair even asked me if I wanted my hair dyed once,,,,,,,,,,,JUST ONCE. Like, what's the point?

I would be laughed at without mercy if when I go back home to the states that I arrive with jet black hair.  I even would laugh at myself. I mean, my family has no mercy if I ever showe up like that. My friends are even more vicious.

I suppose my question is, have any of you ever dyed your hair or considere it?  has your wife or g/f ever suggested it?  I know it's quite common here for Filipinos to dye their hair but that's them.

I have never had it suggested to me and have never considered it.An ex wanted to buy me clothes to make me look younger but I told her no i will dress how I want and that does not include trying to look younger.

I think its funny when really old guys dye their hair jet black.  But there are a heckuva lot more who do it right and I bet you never even notice.  Just a little bit of dye so it blends with the hair that is not grey.  Hard to do though.

 

Oh well.  I just wear white socks with my sandals and get a manicure and they are so busy laughing at these things that they don't notice my hair dye.  My partner does though, and she likes it, and I'm happy about that.  After all, she looks at me a lot more than I look at myself.

Yes, I suppose so. I probably would never notice but some are so obvious. I have to bite my lip to keep from laughing.

I think 99% left in that bottle enough for the rest of us to use then nobody can laugh haha

There are a few who deny coloring there hair too, but when its gone to a burnt orange with a hint of brown and they ate in there mid 70s,

While on this subject and if you did colour your hair what about the ruff down below , would you colour that too
