I think the disconnect here is in thinking that 4.8 billion is a lot of money. In acquisitions it isn't. My company gobbles up useless companies and pays far more for them. For that matter it gobbles up useless employees also :smile:

True, sounds like a couple years revenue which would make it an excellent buy moreso if they keep it for a couple of years and sell it to the next sucker, er owner.
