I have seen those kinds of tornadoes over the water around Cebu.  I am not sure about Manila but I suspect that tornado is also over water?  Hard to tell from the vantage point of that video.

Not 100% sure on the validity of that photo. Is it reported elsewhere? There is definitely severe thunderstorm activity from Manila all the way up north. The rain which Don reported around Subic has arrived. Continuous heavy rain since last night, no wind and no typhoon warning currently. All taken in stride here, the rice is in and the farmers are kicking back and resting meanwhile.

I just got one about a friend dying and I'm thinking about that one also. There's a lot of duplicate profiles and fake offers around.

Being close to the sea, they are lucky it was not a sharknado!  I heard that those are really terrible!
