There is definitely severe thunderstorm activity from Manila all the way up north. The rain which Don reported around Subic has arrived. Continuous heavy rain since last night, no wind and no typhoon warning currently. All taken in stride here, the rice is in and the farmers are kicking back and resting meanwhile.
