This will give you an idea what is available. THe prices are all over the place Philippines is a funny place that way. There is no general rule or trend but prices are high for quality homes in better gated communities. I know of nice new modest homes outside metro Cebu City in fairly safe gated compounds that cost 3 to 6 million pesos. On the other hand another friend has just rented a 3-bedroom house in Talamban for 15,000 Peso a month. Between the two there are all kinds of variations but in the general scheme of things the nearer you want to be to the centre of Cebu City the more expensive it will be. 4 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
