Gratefuled Posted January 4, 2017 Posted January 4, 2017 Reasons to travel to the Philippines? For some men it could be to find a wife. For other men, to live on a small fixed income. For others, to live in a tropical climate, cheap. For women? I have no idea why. Perhaps attracted to Filipino men. The age of the man or the woman might have something to do with it. The Philippines is not a place where most young people like to visit unless they are from nearby Australia or New Zealand. Just my SWAG

All of these plus finding other, like minded expats who become good friends, AND a base to travel cheaply to loads of other Asian destinations, AND a cheap country to tour around if you like to get out of the house AND the world comes to us (as in tourists from all over) so we get to meet loads of new people, AND there are loads of things to do here . . There are loads more reasons to be here but those that don't get it never will.

What I mean is that unlike some guys who are high one day and hate life the next, your attitude toward the Philippines is - consistent.
