She said the CRBA and passport were approved on Feb. 13, and delivery should be in 4-5 weeks from that date. So it would appear that they are backlogged in the approval process. Around 12 weeks until approval and my was fairly straightforward. Well, after all this chit chat and finally talking to them yesterday, the passport arrived in the mail today!
