If you've kids and want anything larger than a rabbit hutch you can expect to pay from 75,000 php upwards if opting for Makati area. Some rents I've seen are even higher than 120,000 php. This will get you a condo in a skyscraper. Most condos will want two months up front and a minimum of 6 months rental maybe longer. Add to this your utilities and condominium dues. Makati is at the higher end of rental costs and is a concrete jungle. The Greenbelt is more scenic with nice restaurants and at least some greenery but again expensive rentals.
