Spring has sprung

For me here in Cebu, when dry season arrives, it's almost like Spring. Plants that had been dormant during rainy season, seem to wake up and show themselves. It hasn't been very hot yet here, but it's nice to see old plant friends emerge again. 

Here is a spray of white orchids that burst out from a tree in the yard this morning. I water every morning, and you never know what you'll see on any given day!

I wonder where the flowers iz

 

Just kidding. The weather has been better recently. Rain  every day but just enough to freshen up things.

I might add that Spring often reminds me of Ground Hogs Day. 

Once upon a time a few years back, former President Bubba Bush was observed one morning wandering about aimlessly searching for his shadow.

So did he see his shadow?  Was there six more weeks of winter or was it a cloudy day and inly a month and a half left?

Did the commie democrats vote against spring to prevent global warming?

Did the Nazi republicans push the agenda to flood the planet and provide more places to push Grandma over the cliff?
