Stay in she says we will have a romantic evening she says.OK say I what would you like to do, I will have a beer with you she says.So I put beer in the chiller and she starts to drink one.A little while later she takes our daughter to bed. Then she falls asleep and left me to drink all the beer in the chiller alone. What a lightweight.Romantic my eye.

Took me 4 hours to finish that lot.

I cooked my lady a nice lunch, her son did the dishes and bought her some flowers. She slept and I drank brandy and listened to podcasts, with headphones!

We had a wonderful worship service that celebrated mother's day.  It was a great service because attendance was up with many mothers, both young and old, and lots of beautiful young children.  I even had one little girl, maybe 3 years old, leave mommy to come and sit with me!  I think she was fascinated that my "bible" is on an Amazon Kindle Fire tablet.  Turned into kind of wrestling match as I let her hold the device and she discovered there were also some games on the tablet.  Those little hands were really strong! :hystery:  In the evening we went over to the parent-in-laws with roses and a cake.

Stepson remembered it was Mother's Day before I did. He hugged his mother and kissed her on the cheek. I felt kinda bad that I didn't remember so I hugged her and we kissed.

Chicken and pasta for dinner, small salad, garlic bread and a glass of wine.

Her birthday is the same as my oldest son. May 16. I will not forget that.

Yakimix, here we come.
