You might also want to add Ecuador as well. sonjack2847 Posted June 7, 2017 Posted June 7, 2017 I first came to the Phills in 2010 and as soon as I walked around Cebu city and interacted with some people I though maybe just maybe I have found my place.I have been here 6 years now and have no plans to leave. English as a language helps,the cost of living is 1 I can afford and my wife was also a deciding factor.Also I get no stress here.
