I think I would have to be neutral.if the UK and the phills were at it.

Regardless of citizenship, I'm too old....so just wait till the end and join the winners, throw clubs and rocks at the losers as that will be all that is left.

I wrote I think but in reality I don`t think I could be neutral.I would be a traitor if I went that way and it would be to both countries.

One  high ranking Nazi who was involved in the holocaust had a brother who tried to save Jews. There are quite a few similar stories.Maybe if England and the Phills went to war I should use my ( some nationality ) roots as a reason to stay out of it.

If this question is reference to the Philippines vs the United States......I'm a true blue patriot of USA.  I will probably get drafted back into the US Navy, swabbing the deck and cooking a mean chicken adobo for my fellow shipmates.

And when we re-conquer Subic Bay again, I would love to hear the famous sound of.......hey sailor, buy me dreenk, lub you, no chit.

You be careful they might Keelhaul you.Too much salt in the Adobo.

No, not particularly Philippines vs USA but any 2 countries. Some may not be completely loyal to the country that they swear allegiance to. They just do it for citizenship.

Thank You for your patriotism and loyalty.

Question, were you born in USA or Philippines?

Born in Olongapo City, just outside the formal US Naval Station Subic Bay.

Hypothetical question.

Who do you pledge allegiance to in case of war between both countries?

This could become a complicated legal problem.

 Patriot or Traitor?

Benjamin Franklin's own son sided with the British. His father basically disowned him.
