Not the long ones with jam and cream in, I haven't had one in years;

Lucky, you certainly are my friend, no disrespect to my wife who works hard also, but I must be soft.

Maybe it's years of being a one parent family, but I am the one who keeps everything tidy in our place.

Since being retired myself, I have taken over the chores almost completely, retirement what retirement.

I do of  course make time for my daytime socialising, once or twice a week, but keeping busy might be the

reason that I'm still the same weight I was 30 years ago and young at heart!

Oh well, I suppose I'd better do the dishes before she who must be obeyed gets home.
