Thanks all, it gives all new readers an insight into subdivided parcels of land as in a lot of cases this is how it is done to raise pesos in times of crises 👍

By people that do not have health insurance.

Are you suggesting that the Filipinos who own the land (but need to subdivide and sell for medical reasons) do not have PhilHealth or are you stating that PhilHeath is not really health insurance and obviously a waste of money as they still have to sell the family jewels to pay for medical expenses? :9436:

However, selling "whatever" for "medical reasons" is a common way of saying "we are selling for reasons we do not want you to know so we will state medical reasons as then no one will ask any further questions on that subject" :Caught:

In our case the medical reasons are valid. Their Phil Health only covered the hospital stay and meds available there. Much of the medicine had to be bought outside and cancer drugs are very expensive, as we know. Sadly his wife has passed away now. I cannot comment on other peoples reasons for subdividing and selling their land.
