sonjack2847 Posted August 25, 2017 Posted August 25, 2017 I have bought my wife and exercise bike as she wants to do keep fit but is too shy to go to gyms where men are present. I got 1 at Robinsons hardware for 6180 and we took it home in a trike. I could have got one on Lazada but the price was about the same and we would have wait for delivery which can mean waiting in for 3 days. She has found a gym(10 peso per visit) which is two rides on a jeepney away but she is interested as it is women only.We looked at a gym yesterday( Fit Box opposite Lee plaza Hypermart) and they wanted 1000 per month and they had limited equipment she will not go there as it is too much money. Everything is going well and I will have to tell her that she should not use it so much as she is on it twice a day sometimes. Then there is my daughter who also wants to use it although she has to stand as the saddle will not go any lower.Good all is going ok but it is causing friction as they always seem to be on it when I want to use it.I have seen an improvement in my wife`s figure and she is eating a lot healthier now. This has taken me 6 years to get to this stage and I am reluctant to tell her to slow and maybe she will figure that on her own.
Benington Posted August 25, 2017 Posted August 25, 2017 Check back with us on whether she is still using it in 6 months time. Seen a lot of abandoned home exercise equipment.
Popular Post robert k Posted August 26, 2017 Popular Post Posted August 26, 2017 Kevin, now you just need to hook a generator as resistance and you can make your 6K pesos back and light the house during brownouts. 5

Ron I told her in the shop when we were buying it in front of 2 friends who said they will witness it.I told her that if she does not use it I will stop it from her allowance each month until it is paid off.I am sure this is part of her incentive.I do hope she keeps it up as she now has more energy and is not feeling tired all of the time.Maybe I will have to buy some Cialis sometime soon, maybe that is wishful thinking.

Some people will keep up the exercise forever and some do not. In our condo, I see newcomers all gung ho for about 2 or 3 weeks and then never again while the regulars use the gym and pool everyday year after year. I think that you will use it everyday. It is handy if you put the bike in front of the TV as generally exercising is boring unless you are talking or watching TV.

No peddle, no watch.

No peddle, no watch. That actually would be a great business opportunity if it could be done properly! LED TVs don't use much power so the juice could be pumped into a battery that the TV runs off of.
