Not sure if it's any improved by now The highway to Moalboal proper is great. The roads from Moalboal town to the resorts can be horrid. A few are not bad, like the road to White Beach and the resorts there, but the roads to the resorts near Chili Bar are still narrow and rough. Slow and steady wins the race.
