 They usually put paupers in the Wall as no one paid for a Burial Plot that could be a reason The Plot is paid for to the City council and not covered by insurance but  (I am surprised she was not guided by her boss that is part of a mayors Remit ) for the Wall anyway all is over as you say and maybe a wakeup call to many others on this issue and certainly the health thing
