The above conditions are being experienced in portion of #NegrosOriental (Mabinay, Bindoy); #Cebu(Sogod, Carmen, Danao City, Liloan, Compostela, Borbon, Bogo City, Tabogon) and nearby areas which may persist within 1 to 2 hours. All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides. Keep monitoring for updates.
