Good Idea, never had a desire to Drink alone & certainly not in a park But then some do it all day long and these I feel are the ones that end up in Trouble whether it be us a or a local

I think it removes something that is enjoyable like in part where if you have a family gathering/ picnic at the beach etc then no longer could you have a social drink in a public place. Sari store or 7/11 etc that allow drinking in front of the store will have to come up with another area. This is a Davao law which had a long time public smoking ban well before it become national so maybe it wont spread everywhere.

I have heard talk here that the ban on drinking in public places is also in effect in Dumaguete.I am not sure how true that is as I don`t do it. I just hope they are sensible about what they implement.Maybe it is time to go dry.
