Jack Peterson Posted April 28, 2018 Posted April 28, 2018 For those that are in the Dumaguete Area I can tell you that the main LTO office and Robinsons Office are now Open on Saturday 8am to 12noon for the Processing of the Plastic Licence only, It is a First come First Served basis we went Today at Robinsons and it was OK. With a Dumaguete address, for example, if I'm spending some time in Bayawan, is it OK to renew there, or do I need to use a Dumaguete LTO office?
