Suggest you familiarize yourself with the new policy at The VA Clinic Manila. You will be required to use The Foreign Medical Program FMP the same as the rest of us SC Vets here.

https://www.va.gov/directory/guide/facility.asp?id=682

I used to live on the beach. I moved closer inland because all my electronic items were getting destroyed from the salt air.

Annual flights back to the U.S. are becoming quite expensive.

Thanks, funny part is you click on the link, then click on the VA's FMP link and its a broken link.  Oh the VA, it's not the people but the network communication between all their different computer systems.

Try this number Phone: 303-331-7590 and link  https://www.va.gov/COMMUNITYCARE/programs/veterans/fmp/index.asp

If those don't work for you google VA Foreign Medical Program, call them & explain your circumstances about being a Vet and wanting to go to the PI & they can explain all the new details.

So, Does the FMP let me then see a Therapist in the Philippines? Since I'm service connected for PTSD and see one here in the states, I assume that covers the meds I get also?

I found a "facts sheet":  https://www.visn21.va.gov/docs/VA_Manila_Benefits_Fact_Sheet.pdf  As you recommend, I would call to be sure as every situation is different
