remember being stationed in Kentucky:SugarwareZ-047:, one guy was assigned to go out and get 200 at a time, the whole squad just pigged out

I was told White Castle was the oldest food franchise in US. We looked at the investment before getting into bw-3.  At that time 1992-3 they grossed about 800k in an extremely small footprint.  Was more like buying a job than most higher grossing franchises.

That’s funny - on my first trip to S&R as a tourist last year, the first thing that grabbed my attention as I was perusing American products was the box of frozen White Castle hamburgers.  I almost always have some in my freezer here in the US

Ah the original slider! I grew up on them back in Chicago. My personal best back in the day was 21. Now I can do about 8, only because now if I eat 6 or more I get the Hershey Squirts. Best tasting laxative if your ever constipated.
