  1. Clermont, you have been very helpful with useful information. Just needed clarification of your statement of character certificate to be certified. Normally a character certificate is statement of a person of some standing in the society ( say priest, doctor, government official), who would then be more qualified to certify that statement. Grateful for your clarifications. Thank you.

I have 2 queries please: The CNI or the Certificate of NO Marriage, is it the one now called Certificate of Legal Capacity? and if the British Consulate in Cebu (I note Moya Jackson is a Honorary Consul) has the authority to issue that. Please clarify. Thank you.

  12. Thanks for info, bro. The fact is that I am divorced now, with Decree Nisi & Absolute. Does that help in getting that Certificate of Legal Capacity.
