Call me bubba Posted December 31, 2011 Posted December 31, 2011 Weather Advisory Number 1Issued at: 10:00 a.m., 31 December 2011 At 8:00 AM today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 490 km East Southeast of General Santos City (5.3°N, 129.5°E). This weather system will bring cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over Visayas and Mindanao becoming widespread rains over Eastern and Southern Mindanao which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. The next advisory will be issued at 11:00 a.m. tomorrow. Tropical Cyclone UpdateAs of today, There is no tropical cyclone existing within the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
