Rubzins Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 I am planning on relocating in Baguio and would like to know if there is a place where expats usually hang out so I can meet new people. I heard that a lot of retirees have settled there. I don't know too many people in Baguio and would like to know if it is safe for a single lady to live there.
