mariposa Posted March 20, 2012 Posted March 20, 2012 (edited) Hi guys, if you happened to know this or encountered this name XXXXXXXXX, beware of transacting to her she will introduce herself as an Accredited Agent in Manila, and knowledgeable in Philippine Immigration, heared shes lurking now in Cebu,Bohol, and Clark. Be aware of her shenanigans. Our office suffered a lot because of her, she got a large of sum of money from our office and from our clients. She faked ICARDS and visas and manage to escape from the authorities. She had a pending case filed by the former Commissioner Marcelino Libanan Bureau of Immigration Manila for Estafa and falsification of public documents. You can view her picture in the lobby and in the Office of ARD in BI-Manila. She had been banned executed by her former Manager. She was my former Liaison officer. She had been Accredited with BI before in Manila, our Office before is nearby Bureau of Immigration, in National Press Club, Intramuros, then we put up a branch office in Clark, Being assigned in Clark, she managed the manila office, she got some of the documents hence she and her bf (not knowing that it is her bf she introduced this man to us as her cousin)to cut the story short, she put a consulting firm instead then the 2 offices suffered. She got all our clients but instead of doing good to the clients she faked the documents, she was arrested by Bi and NBI personnel in Manila. Then put a bail, but a decision from court said she was charged in estafa case. Shes now in hiding to some name XXXXXXX.I dont wanna talk bout this anymore this is a discreet case but it happened that i searched her in facebook somewhat Admin of Indian consulting firm, i call their office but it no longer exist. It takes time to recover from this, it happened 3 years ago. Everytime I heared news bout her, everytime i saw her pic in the lobby it seemed that i wanna ------------- if ever i will gonna see her again. Anybody that delagates out such sensitive matters risks great exposure to you and themselves. I've been doing this for nearly 30 years and am licensed in the immigration courts in all 50 states in USA.How can I advertise on this site anyway? In general, this forum only allows names to be published after it is a matter of public record, ie there is a newspaper article already published. Why is this? Take a look at some other threads. Discreet case in a sense that I don't wanna feel the pain again. Not discreet as what your thinking.
