HowdyI know none of us has time to check everything but I will just point out that there seems to be an increasing amount of sneaky ways to advertise or get ones own links out in the internet world. This is in the profile of new member cdnRob, I removed the link and will make a post about this as the rules state that permission must be obtained. I dont necessarily mind if a good member has a link to his blog but it depends on if they wish to place a link to the forum on it, if it contains links to places likes Pauls forum etc. The way I see it is advertising, if a member wants to advertise their blog they can ask permission first.Rules.Members Profile page/LinksLinks to members web sites, business, forums or blogs are not allowed in the members profile page unless you have permission from the Forum Manager or an admin. These are the same rules as signature links.LinksAdding links to your post is allowed if the link is for information regarding the Philippines and relates to the topic. The exception is links to dating sites, sex sites, blogs and other forums or what would otherwise be considered spam.Anyone who abuses this privilege will be removed from the forum. If you are unsure of what is allowed then contact us before posting.Personal blog links must also seek permission.I'm a Sales and Marketing Professional working and living in British Columbia. I lived in The Philippines for three years as a teenager (1982-85) while my Dad had a contract with his company. We lived on the Island of Marinduque. I travel to The Philippines once or twice a year for vacation and have many friends scattered throughout the country. I would consider my Filipino friends some of my closest friends that I have.I spend a lot of time working with the craft beer community in The Philippines and dedicate a lot of my content on my personal beer blog to the craft beer scene in The Philippines. Check out my 2011 craft beer tour of The Philippines on my blog, Suds Magazine if you like.My goal in the next few years is to find a company that may need my services and be able to relocate to The Philippines for a few years or even longer. In my spare time I'm learning Tagalog in an effort to make myself a bit more valuable to potential employers.
