I Doubt they are real English pork, Due to Food import Regulations. May be made to an English recipe, Try Robinsons as they tend to do some Europian stuff, We got some Tulip style Back bacon in Dumaguet last year and I use the word Style. maybe find a Local Meat shop that help you out here. I am now residing in Cebu, it was an establishment out on the north road past the Dumaguete airport where I bought my sausages from when I lived there, and it was the owner who said he got the sausages from here, but I cannot remember where from.
