OnMyWay Posted June 11, 2012 Posted June 11, 2012 After spending the past month with me in the U.S., and then the 19 hours of flying to get back to PI, my girlfriend Abby arrived in Manila late Saturday night to the news that her daughter, Oz, was in the hospital in Baguio City, and not at home as expected. Her sister was supposed to bring her back to Laguna Saturday but Oz started getting very sick and could not hold down food or even water. Abby went up to Baguio Sunday night and is with her daughter, and she is of course exhausted with very little sleep. Oz is in great pain if she tries to eat or drink anything, and is being fed on an IV. They don't know what the cause is yet and they will do an endoscopy in the morning. I really appreciate any positive thoughts and prayers for them! They need help to get through a tough time! Also, if anyone has experience with any good doctors in Baguio, especially gastro-intestinal specialists, I would appreciate the information. Thank you! Wish I could help here, My prayers are all I can offer, at this time. Whenever the world brings you down to your knees......well, that's the best position anyway to start praying. A long time ago, my life and marriage was saved by a miracle.
