Americano Posted June 29, 2012 Posted June 29, 2012 (edited) Woody Paul Petrea Sr., known by most on forums as Paul Petrea has been summoned to appear in court on July 12, 2012 in Moalboal, Cebu Province, Philippines. Paul Petrea left his home in Carcar City, Philippines before a court subpoena could be delivered by the Chief of Police, therefore this is the notification to Petrea of his arraignment date in court. Anyone in contact with Paul or who knows his whereabouts should inform him of his court date. This is his chance to tell his side in court. Anyway he tells everyone he is in Cambodia so if its true he wont be coming back.

Dave Hounddriver Posted July 1, 2012 Posted July 1, 2012 A lot of what you google is just someone with an axe to grind. Paul Petrea is the kind of man who settles things man to man, even if that means a fist fight, rather than dragging people through the court system. He tells me it is how they do things in rural Georgia, but each person is different. Some settle their disputes Paul's way, some use guns, some use the courts, some use Internet forums. I just try to present my view of the thing. This is not a defense of Paul as I have no evidence as to the court case referred to. Neither is it a condemnation, for the same reason. If he does not show up for the court case . . in this country . . I would not expect a fair trial anyway. Sometimes man to man is better.
MikeB Posted July 1, 2012 Posted July 1, 2012 No comment on the case but if one is out of the country and blacklisted from entering, how is one supposed to show up to answer a pending charge in the local court in Moalboal?

A man with a history of abusing women abused another one. If he was sorry for what he did he could have been forgiven but instead he started lying saying he didn't do it and calling the woman a lying bitch. And, to make the matter even worse he starting telling people that I was the one who physically assaulted her causing her injuries. You forgive someone who admits they did wrong and are sorry about it, not someone who lies and is not sorry for what they did.
