That is definitely some serious savings. :) The downside of waiting is that some of them require 2 or 3 rounds with substantial wait times. Like hepatitus that takes a 6 month booster shot. Most travelers see that and are like, forget it. People who plan on multiple visits or moving have more incentive to go through the one time hassle of that one.
