Please note:  Only pre-registered U.S. citizens are eligible to take the FSOT.

The Seafront Compound is located next to the Cuneta Astrodome on Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City. There will be two test sessions available:  one beginning at 8:30 a.m. or one beginning at 1:00 p.m.  Only pre-registered participants will be admitted.  Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the test.
