UK_Phil Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 Hi All, Does anyone know any reputable Marine / SeamanS Man Power agency in Cebu, My nephew has completed his Marine Deck College of 3 years and has been trying to find work from an Agency in Manila for nearly 2 years now. All the agents ever ask is for money p 20,000 + to get on top of a list, and even ask that he works as a cadet for 1 year with no pay. Is this normal, anyone know the rules and regulations here.
