My Filipina partner and I will be returning to Cebu on the 20th October after an extended stay in Australia. We haven't had a great deal of news but it appears all her family are ok. Her brother and family live on our property in the mountains outside of Argao and they may not be able to get into town if landslides have blocked the roads. Communication with him were iffy at best.
