Taxi Driver Robs American In ’Gapo

Evidently its legal for a foreigner to carry a Stun Gun and Pepper Spray like I have always heard, but it won't do you much good unless you have it within arms reach. Its illegal to carry a knife outside your home unless its for work, but the knife blade on a Leatherman Multipurpose Tool is so small that it can be overlooked especially if you're a victim.

 

Has anyone heard how much jail time this robber is expected to get?
