Well my filipina g/f and all her female relatives when they visit my house do spend large amounts of time in my cr using the hot water, usually about 30 mins each, me I don't really care whether it is hot or cold. When I ask the family would they like running hot water at there house they all say, yes please. The reason most don't have it is simple, they just can't afford to have it but given the chance they would have it in a heart beat, jmho.
