Bpi Online Down?

I used BPI on the 3rd topay my bills. Worked ok.

 

I used BPI for 3rd party pay to SMART late yesterday afternoon. Everything worked fine.

I have had this issue since it was 1st posted,

 when i used my IP address (Philippine)at times i would have issues on logging in.

 

since I am using FIREFOX i found a "add on/plug in " that allowed me to use an Alternative IP ADDRESS,

since then ZERO ISSUES on logging in. this is a "free" item.

if you want to download more "bytes" then perhaps use of a VPN would be more appropiate

I have had ongoing problems.  Most recently, I could log in using VPN and the site worked fine.  Logging in without VPN, I would get the "site down" message.

 

However, since you posted this I tried to login without VPN, and it works.

 

I'm not sure if this is related.  On Monday I finally complained about my DSL speed (almost always < 1 mbps, paying for 3) and they opened a ticket.  On Tuesday I received a text saying that the DSL service would be down from 11 pm to 6 am Wednesday, for scheduled network work.   Yesterday, Thursday, I noticed my speed seemed to be better, and I measured it between 2 and 3 mbps.  Today it is slower but still better.
