Favorite Filipino Food?

What is the one food item found in Philippines you like best? Something not normally available in your homeland.

I enjoy pancit. I make it now. My way. It's similar to the traditional pancit but without fish sauce.

fortunately or unfortunately, we had a huge Filipino community in San Diego, so I was exposed to almost all the food before we made the move. At least I have forewarning on what to avoid. :7_4_17[1]:

Pancit Bihon with Chicken, Laing, Kinilaw (shrimp, squid, tuna or dory)

I use pancit bihon, shrimp and white chicken, minced garlic, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, sliced hard boiled eggs on top.I use soy sauce and a little sesame oil. 

I break up the pancit in to small pieces.

I also like a street vendor snack they call "tempura", unrelated to the tempura we commonly know.

There is a kid on my street that sells DURON  door to door. Its fried banana coated with a sugar crust.
