Filipino superstitions dealing with driving or travel. Clearly we are doing it all wrong.  

 

 

:rolleyes: Clearly though, if you believe in all these you are now thinking like a Filipino and that can only do you some good, Somewhere, Some day at Sometime So, as the saying goes " Don't knock it til you have tried it :thumbsup:

One should not pay or give money through the window because it will make him poor.

 

Except when passing a funeral procession when it is good luck to open your window and throw coins at them.

 

Also, One should remove all mirrors from their motorcycle because you will look cool.

 

One should never look behind or behind themselves while driving because what you cannot see cannot harm you, (unless its a WakWak).

Don't fart when driving a motorcycle because there is no way to contain the bad air.

Once went to church at Antipolo, famous church north east of Manila, after mass thought they were having a car show, rows of new clean cars lined up with the hoods open (only time I have seen Filipino drivers park in an orderly fashion :hystery: ). They were there to be blessed naturally. :cheersty:

Why not? They bless animals during the Feast of St Francis of Assisi in the United States. The owners dress their dogs and cats in cute costumes.

:hystery: Only in the US but ......... I daresay it would catch on Here.  Maybe a pets Ukay Ukay would be a good business to start :rolleyes:  :unsure:
