The Philippines is the only ASEAN country which did not send their President (or highest official). As a frequent visitor to Singapore, I feel embarrassed that my President did not come. I’m sure the thousands of Filipinos working in Singapore feel the same. ASEAN leaders who attended were Brunei’s Sultan, Cambodia’s Prime Minister, Indonesia’s President, Laos’ Prime Minister, Malaysia’s King, Myanmar’s President, Thailand’s Prime Minister, and Vietnam’s Prime Minister. 3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
