PIASI will open a Visa Information and Application (VIA) Centre in Cebu to allow clients from the Visayas and its surrounding provinces the convenience of lodging their visa applications in person. The VIA Centre provides our clients with another avenue to lodge their applications and to access information about Australian immigration and visas. The Call Centre and courier arrangement will continue to be an option for people who do not wish to lodge their applications in person. The VIA Centre will be open to accept complete visa application for Australia effective 16 March 2009.
