Pensonic is a low cost brand, for the average poor pinoy i am sure it does it s work.co consider a CLASS B UNIT/ ask around of how to obtain a CLASS B UNIT. since your in cebu, o cant help. in manila several places offers good CLASS B UNIT.. what is a class b ? i ts still brand new but may have slight starch or issue but it still is fully functional Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
