colorguy Posted November 12, 2009 Posted November 12, 2009 I like the N.S. Royal Pensionne house (is that how they spell "pension"?) a lot. Good breakfast, professional and very friendly service, and clean rooms. I have tried I think only one other pension house in Cebu City and will never change again. N.S. Royal is close to Mercury Drug which is all-night, close to a good 24 hour Filipino food franchise, close to an internet cafe that has power most of the time, and it is safe to walk at night if you are alert. You can have problems anywhere, mind you, but if your situational awareness is reasonable this is a good place even for a late night run to Mercury drug for snacks or tylenol.
