I can always call the retailer direct, but due to my situation, that could be a tough one to maneuver. Never... ever... send your credit/debit card information via an email unless you encrypt the email using something like PGP. There are many online services for sending gifts to the Philippines from other countries like the USA that can do secure credit card transactions.
