Plenty of flights direct to Cebu from Singapore: Cebu Pathetic Pacific, Tiger and for those money-no-object Silk to name but three. If you were flying on Singapore from Darwin they should have thrown in a Silk to Cebu for very little extra.... I fly what ever route is cheaper, I plug in all routes, and at the moment, the cheapest way for me to get to Cebu is through Singapore and then Cebu. Ynot Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 I used to fly jetstar Perth to Singapore, to Manila and Cebu Pacific to Cebu. My last flight was with Singapore Air, turned out to be cheaper than Jetstar from Perth to Manila, noted after I had booked Singapore and Cebu Pacific a service with Silk air from Singapore to Cebu but did not want to overnight Singapore. Need to book early and on a particular day of the week to obtain a Perth - Singapore to Cebu with Singapore Airlines & Silk Air on the same day no overnight stay.
