jpbago Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Not sure about the rest of PI, but in Negros, as explained to me in poor English interspersed by many um ums, when a PO writes a ticket, he has to appear in court when the case comes up and he does not get paid for that time if he is not on duty. No incentive there. In Toronto, there was a news article of a PO who doubled his annual pay by writing many tickets as they get 4 hours pay per case to appear in court when off duty.
