The 1st one over charged us compared to the 2nd one who did a better job as we have none at the moment but when neighbors on both sides do nothing yet have meter high mounds of termites, it will be futile. He dug a trench all around our property and poured in sacks of salt. Don't do it yourself as the chemicals are hazardous without the proper mask. We get regular inspections. Any renovating that I do is without wood. DO NOT try to do it yourself. I am a Licensed Commercial Pesticide Applicator in the US. I did termite prevention myself here in the PI recently and in spite of precautions I got some on myself. @#%^#!!! cheap defective sprayer.
